Grantmaking programs

Equal Opportunities - supports organizations that work to provide equal access to education for school children and youth as well as those that strive to overcome the social exclusion of disabled children

Program for Tolerance - supports projects that foster attitudes of openness toward racial, ethnic and religious differences as well as organizations working to prevent intolerance and xenophobia

Your Vote, Your Choice - supports activities aimed to increase civic participation in public life

Watchdog Initiatives - supports organizations that engage in public scrutiny of public institutions

Legal Education - supports initiatives that increase citizens’ access to legal assistance and justice

Civic Institutions - grants for non-governmental organizations that act for the development of democracy and civil society, state of law and international cooperation

Community Initiatives Partnership - supports trilateral cooperation projects implemented by NGOs from Poland and Germany and from Ukraine, Belarus and the Kaliningrad District

Memoria - supports initiatives aimed to mobilize volunteers from Poland, Ukraine, Belarus, Lithuania, Kaliningrad District and Germany to work together to preserve common cultural heritage in these countries

East East: Partnership Beyond Borders - supports international projects implemented in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia

Citizens in Action - supports non-governmental organizations in Belarus and Ukraine engaged in building and developing civil society in these countries

Operational programs

Debates and Conferences organizes discussions and public debates on important social and political problems related both to domestic issues and international affairs

Anti-Corruption Program campaigns for greater transparency in public life and takes initiatives to increase public sensitivity to various forms and aspects of corruption

International Cooperation Program initiates and carries out undertakings for European integration, promotes experience sharing among the countries of Central and Eastern Europe and helps to strengthen the role of Polish NGOs in the international forum

Regional Alcohol and Drug Program runs trainings, workshops and seminars on innovative drug and alcohol addiction treatment methodologies for specialists in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia (program funded by the Open Society Institute)
