The Stefan Batory Foundation is a member of:
- Polish Donors Forum – an association of Polish grantmaking foundations committed to promote high standards of indigenous philanthropy
- Polish NGOs Abroad – a consortium of Polish non-governmental organizations involved in international work
- European Foundation Centre - a European membership association dedicated to strengthening organised philanthropy in Europe and internationally
- Council on Foundations - an U.S. membership organization providing leadership expertise, legal services and networking opportunities to grantmaking foundations and giving programs worldwide
- Open Society Institute network – a network of foundations operating in 60 countries in Europe, Asia and Africa, set up by George Soros
